At Abstract Water Fountains, we want you to be completely satisfied with your artistic centerpiece. If your fountain doesn't perfectly complement your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare for Shipping
Carefully drain all water and pack the fountain in its original protective foam and packaging to ensure it remains undamaged during transit.
Ship the Item
Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.
Inspection and Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned unit for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
