Do these fountains require a direct water line installation?
No, all of our abstract water fountains use an integrated, recirculating pump system. You simply fill the basin with water and plug the unit into a standard electrical outlet.
Can your fountains be used both indoors and outdoors?
Many of our designs are versatile enough for both indoor and outdoor use. However, please check the specific product description for weather-resistance details, as some delicate finishes are intended for indoor display only.
How do I maintain and clean my abstract water fountain?
We recommend using distilled water to prevent mineral buildup. Clean the pump and basin every 1 to 2 months with mild soap and warm water, and use a safe algaecide to keep the water crystal clear.
How are the fountains packaged and shipped safely?
Due to their artistic nature and weight, our fountains are securely packed in custom, high-density foam molds. Larger statement pieces are shipped via specialized freight carriers to ensure they arrive undamaged.
What is your return policy if the fountain doesn't match my decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard fountains. The item must be unused, free of water residue, and packed in its original original packaging. Please note that custom orders are final sale.
